You Down, Dog?

This is one of Samantha’s first ever anatomy workshop exploring our favorite āsana, Down Dog! We will explore western anatomy and eastern anatomy to better understand our personal alignment in this pose! We will disrupt and re-evaluate common problematic cues in yoga and create a posture that is attainable, aligned, and absolutely delicious! Registration is limited!

Sound Healing Training for Yoga Teachers:

Hey Yoga Teachers!

Join us this February as Molly will teach you how to use sound healing instruments in your yoga classes with confidence! Engage your students in a way that keeps them coming back by giving them maximum benefits with the combination of āsana and sound vibrations!

In this workshop, you will learn to balance your intuition with the science of sound healing. You will learn the reason why certain instruments and combinations of notes are played to activate relaxation or which ones to use to support emotional/physical releases, while also reading the energy of the room to know what to play and for how long.   

You will learn techniques for and practice with the following instruments:

  •   Crystal Singing Bowls

  • Tibetan Singing Bowls

  • Voice (chanting and vocal toning)

  • Percussion (buffalo drum and gongs)

These techniques can be implemented in a variety of yoga classes including:

  • Hatha

  • Vinyasa

  • Restorative

  • Meditation
