Jyotiṣa
Vedic Astrology, (called Jyotiṣa in Sanskrit), is one of the accessory sciences of the Vedas, and is the study of the stars and planets. This practice dates back over 5000 years and is still in high demand today!
The placement of the planets in the sky at the time of birth creates a blueprint of karma and experiences that an individual may have in this life. This “Science of Light” gives us tools and remedies to align us with our nature (dharma).
When we live according to one’s dharma, health and happiness follow. Jyotiṣa gives us valuable information about how life is showing up for us. It affirms who we truly are and where our journey is meant to take us. This information gives us permission to see ourselves as the Divine and perfect Beings that we are.
Āyurveda
Often called the “science of life”, Āyurveda is one of the world’s oldest and most comprehensive systems of health care, originating over 5,000 years ago in Ancient India. Rooted in natural science and ancient, practical common sense, Āyurveda addresses the individual to support strong foundations of personalized health.
One primary goal of Āyurveda is to achieve complete personal health: physically, psychologically, and spiritually by practicing alignment with nature to flow gracefully through life cycles, seasonal cycles, and personal daily cycles.
Often misrepresented in the West as an esoteric spiritual practice, Āyurveda is rooted in deep scientific reflection and individual study. Achieving optimal results requires commitment to health and self-improvement especially when the required changes are not immediately enjoyable, rejuvenating, or relaxing.
Yoga Cikitsā
Yoga therapy is the most traditional way yoga has been passed down from teacher to student. The role of a Yoga Therapists is to offer different perspectives, knowledge, and tools to support students moving forward on their own healing journey with confidence and Self-Empowerment.

Personalized one-on-one sessions provides the opportunity for clarity and direction to tune into a practitioner’s own alignment on and off the mat.

About Samantha Hart:
Samantha (she/her) has been a practitioner of yoga since 2003 when she first found yoga after a back injury. What she really connected with, however, was the relief yoga offered from her self-hatred and depression. She fell in love with the peace she experienced after her practice, her community, and her Self.
In 2007 she started teaching yoga in Green Bay, WI, where she was already employed as a personal trainer. She completed a 200-hour teacher training in 2011 at Pranava Yoga Center and after years of self-study, she completed her 300-hour advanced training in 2018.
In 2022, she became a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT) through her teacher Hansa Knox of PranaYoga and Ayurveda Mandala. She has thousands of hours of study as a practicing Jyotiṣī (Vedic Astrologer under Freedom Cole), is a graduated Svastha Ācarya (Āyurvedic lifestyle coach under Dr. Jessica Vellela, BAMS), is an ongoing student of Saṃskṛta (the language of yoga under Keith Topar) and is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. She knows her dharma (life’s path) is to share what she’s learned through life and brings her love of studying into every class to provide a safe and thoughtful environment to her students. Her goofy and genuine character is reflected in her offerings, and she hopes to impart to her students that we all have something to learn, and yoga is one of the greatest teachers.
